Terms and Conditions of Entry - Antenna Awards 2023
In 2023, entry to the awards is open to programs (episodes) first-run between March 20th 2021 and May 30th 2023, and distributed with a licenced community television station in operation during that period (C31 Melbourne, Adelaide 44, Indigenous Community Television, CTV+).
THERE WILL BE SPECIAL CONSIDERATION for programs not yet broadcast within the eligibility period but are completed and ready for broadcast at an agreed future date. An accompanying statement (letter or email) from an eligible Community TV station advising of their intention to broadcast the submitted program must be supplied along with these entries in these instances.
Material submitted with an application must meet minimum standard technical criteria.
It is at the discretion of the producer/entrant whether or not to submit different episodes of a program for each category entered, however only one episode of a program may be submitted with each entry.
Entry is only valid after an entry form has been submitted, and payment has been received.
There is a $22 + GST fee per Technical category entered, and a $27 + GST fee per Creative category entered.
Payments may only be made using the provided payment gateway (Paypal) or cash by visiting C31 Melbourne’s office at Suite 1, 2-4 Douglas St, Southbank VIC on an approved business day.
Entries will not be acknowledged until full payment has been accepted.
Submitted physical media will not be returned to the entrant.
PLEASE NOTE: An entry does not guarantee a nomination and participation in the event itself. A rigorous and independent judging process will determine the finalists in each category. These nominees will be announced from the date specified in the Key Dates section.
Each nominee will receive one free ticket to the event, regardless of the amount of successful nominations. Additional tickets associated to nominated programs will need to purchase at the standard advertised rate.
